    Joe Bell is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, and founder of Frame By Frame Venture Studios. Holding a B.A. in Film Studies and driven by a passion for empowering storytellers, Joe bridges creative vision with strategic investment. He leads the development of a fund aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential, long-term indie film and TV projects. Known for his Best Actor-winning performance in Fenwick (NEFF 2024), Joe continues to champion innovative, culturally resonant storytelling—both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

    Jourdain Bell is a seasoned investment strategist and relationship builder, guiding investor operations across venture capital, private equity, and media. Currently leading investor relations at Long Angle—a private community of over 5,000 high-net-worth founders and executives—Jourdain brings a sophisticated understanding of capital sourcing and deal structuring to FBFMH. With a background rooted in scaling investment funds and fostering LP trust, he serves as the connective tissue between creative opportunity and capital strategy. Passionate about storytelling and community impact, Jourdain ensures every project is supported by both financial precision and meaningful investor engagement.

    Denise Bailey-Castro is a high-impact financial executive with deep expertise in media finance, distribution strategy, and content monetization. Currently serving as CFO of Westbrook Inc. and formerly Head of Finance at BET Media Group, Denise oversees the performance of multi-billion dollar portfolios including brands like BET and VH1. She has led complex distribution negotiations with platforms like Amazon, Roku, YouTube, and Sling, optimizing reach and profitability. With a sharp eye for strategic partnerships and scalable growth, Denise ensures FBFMH projects are grounded in strong financial frameworks and positioned for global distribution.

    Lisa Osinloye is a powerhouse Executive Producer and Emmy Awards member with more than 25 years of experience across film and television. As the founder of Ten Ten Global Media, Lisa has led critically acclaimed productions featuring Hollywood icons such as Samuel L. Jackson, Christopher Plummer, and Dolly Parton. Her expertise spans film financing, international co-productions, and executive oversight, with partnerships across A-list talent and top-tier production houses. She also advises global industry institutions including Cannes Pavillon Afriques and BlackStar International Film Festival. Lisa brings unmatched insight and a global network to ensure each project under the FBFMH banner is both artistically ambitious and commercially viable.

Our Approach

Our three-phase approach begins by building community—nurturing original IP within our creative ecosystem through collaborative development and early-stage co-financing. We then identify the most viable projects through measurable market traction—prioritizing festival success, critical reception, and audience engagement. Finally, we scale impact and return by co-financing high-potential productions with industry partners, targeting global distribution, prestige festivals, and long-term revenue opportunities.

When an ambitious journalist investigates rumors of unethical practices at the now defunct Fenwick School, he unwittingly becomes part of the school’s sinister history.

In Due Time

When a determined rookie lawyer takes on a high-stakes rape case and loses, he risks everything by turning to a powerful but dangerous ally to protect his client from the threat that justice couldn’t stop.

In Due Time is currently in Phase 1 open to funding.

“In Due Time" is a gripping short film about the power of trust, taking risks, and the consequences of standing up for what's right, no matter the cost. After Terra Jane loses her rape case, she confides in her rookie lawyer, Steve Readington, and fears for her safety. Steve realizes that they need more help and decides to make a risky call to a trusted friend and powerful resource. In a tense moment, Steve reaches out to this friend, who can be equally as dangerous as the man after Terra, for assistance.
